Can I store the card security code (CSC) supplied by the customer to process a card-not-present transaction?

No.

The Card Schemes’ Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard guidelines state that any record of a CSC can never be stored and must be destroyed by the retailer once the transaction is complete. You should consult your acquiring bank for further information.
